We're not actively hiring. OfficeBeat is intentionally small — every engagement is led by a partner, and we'd rather grow slowly than dilute that.

What we look for when we do hire.

When we expand, we look for practitioners who've held the seat they'd be advising on. That means:

What we don't do.

We don't run a bench. We don't staff junior consultants on senior work. We don't take engagements we know we're not the best fit for. If those constraints frustrate you about consulting culture, you might like working here. If you want the leverage of a big-firm pyramid, you won't.
