The first call, the diagnostic, the build, the handoff โ and what we won't do. Removing the anxiety of buying senior consulting for the first time.
A senior practitioner takes your inquiry โ not an SDR, not a junior, not a chatbot. The call is 60 minutes, no obligation, and is genuinely diagnostic. By the end, you'll know whether we can help, and if we can't, who can.
We send a one-page scope within three business days. It names: the problem we'd take on, the named practitioner who'd lead it, the deliverables, the timeline, and the fixed fee. No bait-and-switch from senior partner pitch to junior staffing. No leveraged pyramids.
Every engagement begins with a two-week diagnostic. We interview the people who matter, pull the artifacts that exist, and map the current state against your goals. The deliverable is a one-page heatmap and a costed 90-day plan. From there, you decide whether to keep going. We'd rather earn the next phase than lock you into a year-long contract.
We work two ways, depending on what fits your team's bandwidth:
Steady-state goes to your team. We document a playbook so the program survives staff turnover. We stay on an advisory cadence only if it continues to add value โ measured quarterly, by you.
Diagnostics are typically $15โ25K depending on scope. Build phases are quoted fixed-fee per phase โ most fall in the $60โ150K range for a single risk-domain rebuild, more for multi-vertical or platform rollouts. Advisory retainers are quoted by cadence (monthly or quarterly).
We share rough ranges before we send a proposal. If your budget doesn't fit, we'll tell you in the first call and recommend partners who do.
60 minutes, no obligation. A senior practitioner โ not a sales rep.
